Quadrant Approved Inspectors are licensed by the Construction Industry Council (CIC) to provide Building Regulation Approvals for both commercial and domestic buildings throughout England and Wales.
Quadrant Approved Inspectors was formed by four directors with extensive Building Control experience - gained working for both Local Authorities and leading private sector Building Control consultants.
From the initial conception of the company there was a desire to deliver the building control provision to clients in a professional, effective and quality driven manner.
Quadrant Approved Inspectors has benefited from year on year growth and as a result the business has expanded along with a growing reputation of providing quality advice and an exceptional building control service for its customers. We work with a number of blue chip clients who appreciate the high level of service that we are proud to deliver; we are committed to maintaining high service standards to meet all our clients requirements and aspirations.
As a natural progression from our core business additional services continue to be developed these include a full range of energy assessment schemes, training and historic building advice, provided through QAI services.
