SAP
New residential buildings have to comply with Building Regulation Part L1A which stipulates CO2 emissions calculations based on SAP 2005. QAI’s team of energy assessors is well equipped to deliver this service, having carried out SAP calculations for major housebuilders and contractors throughout the UK. In addition, we can offer advice on the various compliance options and have assisted in formulating the compliance strategy for challenging developments such as high-rise buildings and high sustainability projects.
