Meet the Team

Keith has 30 years experience working as a building control professional, the last 9 years in the private sector at senior management level.  As a member of the Institution of Fire Engineers he has developed a specialised expertise in large distribution warehouse buildings and retail premises to compliment his extensive Building Regulation knowledge.

Paul is a building control professional with over 20 years experience, initially working for a major city local authority and then moving into the private sector building control field.  He has extensive knowledge of the building regulations and an enviable expertise in healthcare premises.

Joe has a reputation as a leader in the building control field, he has held a number of positions within the public and private building control profession including a training manager and continues to offer CPD training.  Joe is a member of the Institute of Fire Engineers and an accredited energy assessor with a vast amount of specialist knowledge.

Nick has worked in Local Authority and private sector building control since 1991, he has operated at a senior level for the last 10 years and is experienced in all areas of building control and specialises in Part L issues. Nick is an accredited domestic and commercial energy assessor.

James has a wide variety of building control experience gained in both the private and public sectors . He has expertise with specialist buildings such as prisons, hospitals and power stations. With his services background and practical perspective he is always an integral part of any project.

Helen's experience includes working on high quality food retail, hospitals, care homes and large scale domestic projects, with the last 6 years spent working in the building control private sector.  Helen is an associate member of the Institute of Historic Building Conservation and has applied her knowledge on numerous landmark historic projects.

Lee worked for a major contractor before establishing himself as a highly respected building control professional, Lee has substantial experience in the retail market with his contracting experience has gained many plaudits from his peers on numerous design teams.

Kathleen has over 10 years experience building control office administration, and joined Quadrant in 2007 as Office Administration Manager and is an integral part of the team.
