At QAI Services Ltd we provide SAP calculations, alterations and consultancy. SAP calculations are required to prove Building regulations Part L compliance for all new build properties, all conversions and all extensions where the glazed area is over 25% of the floor area.
As part of our service we advise our clients as to how they can best achieve compliance in the most cost effective manner, for this reason all of our SAP calculations are site specific. Alterations are free of charge and, if required, our SAP assessors will also liaise with Building Control Officers on your behalf.
