SBEM & DSM

At QAI Services Ltd we provide SBEM calculations, alterations and consultancy. We are also able to provide Energy Performance Certificates upon completion. SBEM calculations are required to satisfy compliance with Building Regulations Part L and should be produced for all new build, converted and extended commercial premises.

We take on SBEM projects of all shapes and sizes and our experienced assessors are well practiced in giving site specific advice in order that building regulation compliance can be reached with the minimum of fuss and cost.
