In an uncertain world, a company you can always trust...
In 2007 the four of us – Joe, Keith, Nick and Paul – set up Quadrant Building Control. Between us we had decades of experience in Building Control within Local Authority and in the private sector and we knew we wanted to take the best elements of both approaches to create an efficient, friendly and completely trustworthy Building Control company. We designed Quadrant to meet the demands of both an increasingly competitive commercial environment and for the householders who need straightforward and helpful Building Regulations approval.
The four principles
We never forget that the client is depending on us professionally and personally. Our surveyors and office staff take pride in being efficient, helpful and friendly at all times.
All our directors have a day to day hands on building control role. We employ only appropriately qualified staff who are able to offer the best solutions to fit the project.
Quadrant is a great place to work - we attract the brightest and best offering long term prospects for advancement and equality of opportunity. Our approach has been an incredible success: as our list of clients has steadily grown we have opened new offices and recruited more team members.
Everyone at Quadrant shares the vision of a professional, diligent and ethical approach to compliance. We believe we have a responsibility to the client, the industry and the public to help provide the best built environment possible. We are not governed by accountants and we will not compromise compliance for profit.
