Quality Compliance Administrator

Location:Stamford, PE9 1PB
Salary:Competitive Salary (up to £23,000) and Benefits Package

This is an exciting opportunity to join Quadrant Building Control, one of the UK’s leading independent building control companies, and become part of a friendly, supportive team.  We are an established company with 16 offices across the UK.

The Position

Full or Part-time (min 30 hours per week)

Under the guidance and support of our Head of Compliance, you will be responsible for the coordination and administration of the Company’s Quality Assurance activities in line with ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015.  You will also assist in and conduct internal audits in line with ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015 and administer general compliance activities as required.

The person

You will be an enthusiastic, self-motivated and experienced Administrator with the ability to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision within a team.   You must be IT literate, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.  Visio would be advantageous, but is not essential.   You must have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, with the confidence to work and communicate with senior management.   It is essential that you are numerate, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to process and manipulate data. A background in quality / compliance administration would be advantageous, however training can be provided for candidates who are able to demonstrate the aforementioned skills and personal qualities.

The Package
