Carl Joins Quadrant London Team

Our London office continues to expand with Carl Parkinson joining the London team as a Project Manager.

Carl has a wealth of experience in Building Control having worked in the private sector in the UK and in Australia on a range of commercial and residential projects with specialised knowledge of cinema/entertainment complexes and of hi-rise residential and office buildings.
