Technical Excellence and Continuing Professional Development

We are excited to announce the establishment of our own in-house Quadrant Building Control Training Programme. This is a unique, comprehensive and fully resourced initiative enabling trainees and new starters to enter the industry and progress through to professional qualification.

The programme has been designed to align with professional bodies’ competency frameworks and will reflect any changes to the Building Control process and profession occurring as a consequence of the new Building Safety Regulator. It offers a combination of practical onsite training and on-line learning, covering every aspect of the Building Regulations and Approved Documents, along with all other associated guidance and legislation. Individual bespoke training and support will also be available.

Crucially, the Programme resources will also be available to all technical staff at Quadrant, enabling surveyors to access the best and most up to date information on the Building Regulations, in time becoming a cornerstone of their Continuing Professional Development.

The Quadrant Building Control Training Programme will help grow and support the Building Control Profession and will foster the Integrity and Technical Excellence that are so vital to a healthy and thriving construction industry.
